This graphite knife has a nice sharp edge all the way around the outside of the elongated oval blade. The middle of the blade is very narrow and slightly contoured, the shape makes it great for lathe work. The sculpting benefits of this Large Butterknife are almost endless! The graphite tip measures 1 1/4" x 2 1/2" x 5/16", the approximate total length of the tool is 11 1/2".
