Working Tip: Pre-heat in outer flame. Avoid rapid heating.
This opaque color is right in-between the Orange Crayon and Red Crayon. Orange-Red Crayon, 208 works well whether you encase it or not and prefers to be worked in the halfway point of your flame, or a bit further out. It can handle close exposure to a sharp hot flame when the piece is moved around lightly to avoid overheating your color.
Orange-Red Crayon, 208 works smooth and can be used in solid and blown work that calls for bold dense color. If sandwiched between clear, you can eventually thin out the color by blowing or stretching which will result in a diluted milky orange.
